Wage Posters
CSF complies with all federal, state, and local wage and hour posting requirements to ensure employees and contractors are informed of their rights and protections under applicable labor laws.
Responsible Officer
The Designated Officer is responsible for ensuring all required labor law posters are current, accessible, and updated annually or when regulations change.
Availability Notice
When applicable, CSF will also post or make available any required state or local wage and hour notices. All employees and contractors are notified of poster availability during onboarding and may request physical copies at any time.
Fair Labor Standards Act
Every employer of employees subject to the Fair Labor Standards Act's minimum wage provisions must post, and keep posted, a notice explaining the Act in a conspicuous place in all of their establishments so as to permit employees to readily read it. To comply with that requirement, CSF keeps readily available digital copies and all employees are informed how to access the posted information.
