Holiday Observance and Flexibility
When a recognized holiday falls on a weekend, CSF may observe it on the nearest weekday (Friday or Monday).
Employees are encouraged to take time off for cultural or religious observances not listed above. These may be approved as floating holidays or flexible leave days.
Contractors (1099 workers) are not automatically entitled to paid holidays unless specified in their agreements.
CSF views rest and cultural observance as essential to sustainability. Team members are encouraged to use holidays as opportunities for personal restoration and community engagement.
