Complaint Procedures

Training and Awareness
CSF will provide annual nondiscrimination training to staff, board members, and subrecipients.
Notice of nondiscrimination rights will be published on CSF’s website and in locations where programs are delivered.
Grant-Specific Requirements
Certain grants (e.g., federal awards) may impose additional civil rights compliance obligations.
Where applicable, CSF will publish grant-specific nondiscrimination addenda in the Grant Portal.
Enforcement
Violations of this policy may result in corrective action, including termination of employment, contract, or partnership. Confirmed violations will also be reported to applicable oversight authorities when required.
