Access
Our training will be publicly available online at no cost to the public. This access strategy ensures universal reach, making the training available to all mandated reporters regardless of location, role, organization, or time of day.

Integration
To strengthen and sustain access to CSF’s training, we will integrate the program into existing professional and educational systems. CSF will partner with police departments, universities, school districts, youth organizations, childcare facilities, and hospitals to ensure the training becomes an established component of workforce preparation and continuing education.
Continuing Education
CSF will collaborate with professional boards and licensing entities (e.g., counseling, education, nursing, and law enforcement) to certify the training for CE credit. These partnerships will ensure that completion of CSF’s course fulfills required hours for annual license renewal or professional development, embedding the curriculum within existing CE frameworks rather than as an external add-on.
University Credit
In partnership with colleges and universities, CSF will integrate modules into relevant undergraduate and graduate courses—including psychology, criminal justice, nursing, and social work programs. Departments will be encouraged to include CSF’s training as a required competency before graduation, with academic or extra credit awarded upon completion.
Professional Requirement
CSF will establish memoranda of understanding (MOUs) with employers of mandated reporters (e.g., schools, police departments, hospitals, childcare centers, and community-based organizations) to embed the training into onboarding and annual compliance cycles. These agreements will make completion a condition of employment within the first 30 days and a required annual refresher thereafter. This approach extends to youth-serving and faith-based organizations, ensuring that mandated reporting education reaches every adult entrusted with child safety.

Resources
CSF possesses the foundational assets necessary to implement and sustain its national training initiative:
$10,000 Monthly Google Ad Grant — awarded through CSF’s nonprofit partner status, providing continuous digital outreach capacity to expand training visibility, increase public awareness, and support ongoing user acquisition.
Established Multi-Sector Network — CSF maintains professional relationships with leaders across child welfare, education, law enforcement, healthcare, and community-based organizations, enabling efficient coordination, partnership formation, and dissemination of training materials.
Documented Institutional Interest — multiple agencies and educational institutions have expressed interest in embedding CSF’s curriculum into their onboarding, certification, and professional development requirements, demonstrating early demand and implementation readiness.
Collectively, these resources provide both the infrastructure and relational reach required to achieve nationwide access and long-term adoption of standardized mandated-reporter education.
