Reviews
Following are excerpts from Jonah Johnson (our Founder and President)’s direct frontline experience as an abuse and neglect intake specialist. The goal of Jonah’s immersion experience was to understand how state human service organizations systematically identify and respond to pressing human needs, with child abuse intervention being one of the areas of assessment.
These performance outcomes directly align with the field data presented in the “Experience” section, where Jonah’s firsthand observations of reporting accuracy, timeliness, and bias informed the Child Safety Fund’s system design model.
