Jonah Johnson, President

Jonah Johnson is a systems-driven designer and strategist with more than a decade of experience leading initiatives at the intersection of mental health, technology, and public service. His career spans roles in clinical operations, software design, and organizational strategy, each unified by a commitment to improving the human condition through design.

Jonah previously served as a Senior Consultant with the Oklahoma Mental Health Alliance, supporting more than 20 organizations in achieving state certification as outpatient mental health agencies. His consultation work led to expanded access to behavioral health services for thousands of Oklahomans and helped agencies collectively generate more than $8 million in revenue.

As Senior Designer at Development 3, Jonah designed scalable digital systems that automated compliance with state and federal behavioral health regulations. His work reduced provider burnout, improved efficiency, and strengthened inter-agency coordination for school-based mental health programs serving more than 45,000 students.

Earlier in his career, Jonah directed operations for iAspire, an outpatient mental health agency he led from concept to certification with the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (ODMHSAS). Under his leadership, the agency expanded to serve more than 200 youth and families statewide, integrating into a health insurance network covering 30% of Oklahomans.

Jonah’s background as a Behavioral Health Rehabilitation Specialist also grounds his leadership in direct practice experience. He provided counseling and psychoeducational services for youth and families, developing individualized plans to strengthen coping, communication, and family resilience.
