The Board will convene to introduce and consider the appointment of its newest Board Member, Tysheeka (Ty) Holley. Upon approval of her admission to the Board, Jonah Johnson, current Board President, will step down from the Board to assume the role of Managing Director of CSF, where he will directly lead the organization’s operations and initiatives. The Board will then review the officer roles of President, Treasurer, and Secretary to determine which members will assume each position.

Meeting Outcome:
The Board reviewed organizational progress for 2025, including an update on the federal grant, and approved the 2026 operational roadmap for Quarter 1. The Board introduced Ty Holley and approved her admission as a Board Member. Jonah Johnson’s resignation from the Board was reviewed and accepted, followed by Board approval of his appointment as Managing Director. The Board also approved delayed compensation for the Managing Director, reviewed the organization’s sustainability model, and approved the CSM strategic partnership. See signed documents below:
