**Zana Williams**\
*Design Partner, Mindfulness*

Zana Williams is the Design Partner and designated mindfulness program lead at Child Safety Fund (CSF). She leads the strategy, design, and development of programming that helps young people and the adults around them recognize emotions, respond constructively to conflict, and strengthen relationships.

Her work connects emotional awareness with practical skills for self-regulation, communication, and de-escalation. She brings experience in youth education and professional training through **Mindful Resolutions**, the company she leads.

## Leadership at CSF

Zana identifies child-safety needs, develops program strategy, designs targeted interventions, cultivates institutional and funding relationships, and guides implementation within her designated role.

CSF supports this work through research, grant development and administration, design capacity, implementation support, and outcome evaluation. The [Mindfulness strategy](/strategy/mindfulness.md) explains the work and its intended impact.

## Mindful Resolutions

Zana continues to lead **Mindful Resolutions**, an independent education and training company and the planned implementation partner for the initial curriculum pilots.

Her program leadership within CSF and the company's delivery role are distinct. Mindful Resolutions retains its business, clients, and proprietary curriculum, with services and funding defined through separate agreements.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://charity.childsafetyfund.org/governance/leadership/partners/zana-williams.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
